After 10 years in Real Estate and Property Management, I've gained so much knowledge and perfected many skills from every corner of the industry. My experiences both on the ground and behind the desk have given me the tools necessary to be an expert in my field.
I believe my education and background in Marketing will translate to any professional marketing role well, and I look forward to contributing these skills to a new organization.

Burkentine Real Estate Group is a rapidly growing real estate development and management company headquartered in Hanover, PA. As a Marketing Coordinator, I did creative work for the enterprise including logo designs, flyers, print and web ads, signage, and an internal newsletter. Project management included PR, resident and internal events, as well as onsite design work such as wall decals. As a Property Management company, Burkentine used a third party CRM and resident management software, Yardi, where I mastered skills in their site design software, RentCafe. In total, I helped manage and design 17+ website for the company's various properties.​

At WPM Real Estate Management, the role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist was to fill all open positions for the company. It was my duty to not only utilize my creativity and marketing skills to attract candidates - advertising the positions on social, web and print, and carefully crafting job descriptions or drafting flyers for job boards - but to review and vet said candidates' qualifications and fit to the positions. There was even a layer of psychology that I seemed to master during this time. It was in this role that I was able to hone my organizational and juggling skills, as the fast-paced and hurried position left little room for mistakes.

As the Marketing Coordinator for Gettysburg Dental Associates I was in charge of creative work for advertising, social and online content, included but not limited to, print advertising, digital advertising, and management of marketing materials and collateral. I also planned, organized and promoted community events and market outreach. I was able to keep track of performance through analytics on Google and social and strategized over next steps with this information. I enjoyed composing blogs for the website while maintaining it simultaneously and monitoring SEO and Google Ads. I also implemented and balanced a marketing budget for the practice and thoroughly planned marketing efforts to stay with this budget.

WPM manages over fifty apartment communities within the Multifamily Real Estate division, and as the Social Media Coordinator, my role was to maintain a strong online reputation for all of these communities through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, and Snapchat for a total of 150+ social sites. I composed a weekly newsletter of pertinent information and events happening within each neighborhood of Baltimore that was distributed to the property's residents. For thirteen of these communities, I also composed bi-weekly blog posts. In addition, I was involved in ongoing company-wide and marketing projects throughout the year including events, contests, and new property marketing efforts. I also chaired the company's Volunteer Committee, where I enjoyed working with the community through outreach events and promoting the company's involvement with locals.
